Nylon cable ties did not have a large number of commercialization before, when traditional technology used to fix wires or objects, ropes or ties were generally used, also called ties.
Traditional ropes and cable ties in the craft are slowly withdrawing from the market, and more and more companies and factories prefer to use nylon cable ties. This will involve the following aspects.
1. Traditional ropes and ties are generally made of PVC or fiber materials, and these materials will quickly weather or rot with the passage of time in daily use, bringing inconvenience to the objects after use.
2. It is like the traditional PVC cable tie. It needs iron wire to strengthen its toughness and tension. However, because the appearance of some PVC in use will be detached or aged for a long time, the iron wire will be exposed and directly hurt the object. If it is used on electric wires and appliances, there is a danger of conducting electricity.
3. Whether it is a rope or a traditional tie, it is more troublesome in actual manipulation, and the scale of workers' manipulation is also difficult, and the labor cost is higher. However, the use of self-locking nylon cable ties is relatively simple, and the easy-to-use methods of the same scale bring higher efficiency to enterprises.
4. Nylon cable tie itself has high tensile strength, impact resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and used in the industry, nylon itself also has a certain fire rating that can reach 94V2, and the above advantages are in the traditional There is no rope and tie.
5. However, in recent years, the environmental protection requirements put forward by the world especially in Europe, traditional PVC materials are difficult to meet the standards set by the European Union. In addition, because traditional cable tie requires the use of a large amount of iron wire, the price of steel in my country has risen one after another, and there is a certain risk in the price, so the market has been lost.
As mentioned in the above summary, nylon ties has a relatively stable development market prospect.
